Self-Service Console - Home

Use this Self-Service Console to establish your PIN if you have a new JPL-issued RSA SecurID physical or soft token. Users who have misplaced their token, forgotten their PIN, or require additional assistance with their token or PIN should contact the Unified Service Desk at 4-HELP (818-354-4357). NOTE: Users who are prompted to enter Security Questions for a token reset should disregard the prompt and instead contact the Unified Service Desk for assistance.
